Q-Tek AfterCare
Q-Tek AfterCare is a service to allow us to remotely log into your home PC, laptop or server anywhere in the world to offer quick fixes and problem troubleshooting at the convenience of your own home, with this service there is no need to bring your computer down to ourselves. Click on the Button to download AfterCare, most browsers such as Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge should automatically download the .exe and usually will be saved in Downloads folder on your PC.
Mozilla FireFox will prompt you to press Save, then TeamViewerQS.exe (AfterCare) will then download.
Go to File Explorer > Downloads > then click on TeamViewerQS.exe > Then click Run > Accept the EULA/Terms & Conditions boxes > Then Press Yes to allow this program to make changes > Then you will be presented with an ID & Password > Then phone 01438 741000 > Tell us the ID & password then we can connect to your PC.
Your Security Matters: We use fully encrypted, industry-standard remote support software. You are in complete control at all times—you must explicitly grant us access with a unique, one-time passcode to start the session. Once the session is closed by you, our connection is permanently severed, and we cannot reconnect without your permission. You can watch our technicians work live on your screen the entire time.
